About the role

As the Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing financial feasibility and investment modelling for potential and current projects
  • Managing project budgets and reporting on performance targets and metrics
  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of the project delivery phase from site selection to handover
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Contributing to the overall VMCH strategic plan and vision
  • Leading and promoting continuous improvement and innovation in development projects
  • Managing risks and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards

 

About you

You have a degree in Architecture, Property Development or Project Management and extensive experience in the management and delivery of a range of complex, large-scale projects.

Having previously worked in a similar role, you have expertise in the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting, and cost monitoring to achieve profitable outcomes.  Additionally, you have the ability to analyse business reports and financial information to report effectively throughout each project.

You display strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Confident and resourceful in your approach, you have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport, negotiate and form relationships with people at all levels.
