    About the role

    Are you a motivated and ambitious digital marketing generalist ready to make an impact? Join our vibrant team of marketing, communications, and sales professionals to help elevate the VMCH brand and drive high-performing digital campaigns.

    In this role, you’ll:

    • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social and search campaigns
    • Manage website content and performance, including SEO
    • Create compelling content across channels
    • Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

    What you’ll do:

    • Launch digital campaigns that connect and convert: Plan, build and launch campaigns across email, social and SEM to promote our aged care, home care, retirement living, and disability services.
    • Create scroll-stopping content: Conceptualise, design and execute high-impact ads and videos to engage and convert.
    • Craft compelling copy: From punchy EDMs and blog posts to snappy ad copy and SEO-friendly content. You’ve got a knack for writing scroll-stopping content that drives clicks and conversions.
    • Maintain our website: Support the team in making sure our website not only looks great but performs brilliantly. Use your SEO and UX knowledge to ensure every click leads to a seamless, best-practice experience.
    • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams: Work closely with agencies and internal teams to bring digital strategies to life while ensuring content stays engaging and aligned with best practice.
    • Data and performance analysis: Use Looker Studio, Google Analytics and in-platform reporting to measure, refine and improve campaign performance.
    • Deliver segmented campaigns: Use data to segment audiences, run A/B tests, and develop trigger-based campaigns that support our long-term digital strategy. You’ll also collaborate with IT to ensure our CRM is aligned with marketing goals and running smoothly.
    • Provide business support to the management team and other related duties as assigned.

     

    About you:

    • You’re someone who can take initiative and is ready to hit the ground running.
    • You have strong analytical skills and can tell a story with the data that drives actionable insights.
    • You love to seek new and better ways of doing things and have a flair for imaginative ideas.
    • You are organised with the ability to juggle many tasks and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
    • You work well in a team environment; you’re willing to take direction and enjoy sharing your ideas and learning from others.


    What you’ll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or comparable experience.
    • At least three years of hand-on experience in a digital marketing role.
    • Experience in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and SEO.
    • Creative execution skills – you know your way around a camera, Adobe Suite/Canva and can produce high-quality ad creatives.
    • You can apply your understanding of marketing principles (like segmentation and positioning) to craft clear, concise, and on-brand copy that resonates with our audience.
    • Strong understanding of GA4, Facebook insights and Google Ad metrics. With the ability to interpret data and generate insights to make good marketing decisions.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong customer focus and high-level verbal communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships.
