About the role 

The Systems Analyst is a versatile role that provides technical services to enhance our technology investments and user experience. The role ensures the reliability and performance of our user facing clinical systems such as iCare and Resident Manager, resolves issues, and escalates them to vendors when needed. The role also analyses, designs, and implements information systems that align with organisational goals and proactively works with client facing staff to improve the use of supported systems.

 

About you

You have a relevant tertiary qualification in IT plus at least 3 years of experience as a systems analyst or a similar role, preferably in the not-for-profit or community services sector. In addition, you have demonstrated skills and knowledge in business analysis, systems design, development, testing, and implementation.

A strong team player, you display a collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams.

You have excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language when working with and supporting client facing employees.

You are an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a commonsense approach to solving problems and finding solutions.
