About the Role
As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our Talent Acquisition Team.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Collecting accurate compliance documentation from candidates
- Conducting reference checks and managing candidate and stakeholder enquiries
- Drafting and sending employment contracts, ensuring timely return of signed documents
- Collating and cross-checking candidate documentation before sending to payroll
- Using PageUp and Success Factors to maintain precise records and manage recruitment workflows
- Liaising with hiring managers to confirm job details, start dates, and approved rates
- Connecting successful candidates with site teams once onboarding begins
- Maintaining our Talent Pool database and ensuring candidate information is current
- Preparing regular recruitment activity reports
- Driving process improvements and supporting projects like referral programs
- Creating an engaging candidate experience by answering enquiries promptly
- Protecting sensitive information and ensuring privacy at all times
What We are Looking For:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administration role
- Strong compliance and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise competing demands
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills and confidence with HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple requests and follow up on outstanding activity
