Training Support Officer – SuccessFactors

About the role

Are you a motivated and ambitious training person that is ready to make an impact? Join our vibrant project team to help bring our SAP Success Factors project to life.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver in-person training sessions across various VMCH sites.
  • Set up training rooms, equipment, and materials before each session.
  • Provide hands-on support to staff during training.
  • Answer basic questions and escalate complex issues to the Training Lead.
  • Collect feedback from participants and share with the Training Lead.
  • Coordinate session logistics with site managers and team leaders.
  • Assist with tracking attendance and training completion.
  • Provide support to the Learning & Organisational Development team as needed.

You’ll be part of a values-driven organisation delivering aged care, disability, retirement, and education services to over 9,000 Victorians. Go home each day knowing your work helps improve lives.

About you:

  • You’re someone who can take initiative and is ready to hit the ground running.
  • You love to seek new and better ways of doing things and have a flair for imaginative ideas.
  • You are organised with the ability to juggle many tasks and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • You work well in a team environment; you’re willing to take direction and enjoy sharing your ideas and learning from others.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience delivering face-to-face training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel across multiple locations (driver’s licence desirable).
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and learning environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors systems (desirable).
  • Learning Design Experience preferable.
