The position 

As an Allied Health Therapist at VMCH, you will work collaboratively with our care and lifestyle teams providing evidence-based services to older Australians in our care. Whether your background is in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy, you will be part of a supportive environment where your expertise truly matters.

Knowledgeable across interventions, assessments, treatments and reporting you’ll be able to work effectively and closely with a range of clients and groups. As an autonomous role, you’ll have the opportunity to take charge with responsibility.  

What’s required 

  • Current AHPRA registration  
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Allied Health Therapist 
  • Professional ability to deliver assessments and service, developing plans and reports 
  • Current CPR Certificate 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing compassionately with residents, families, colleagues and volunteers
