About VMCH
VMCH’s innovative social enterprise café in Nunawading is on the lookout for hospitality / Disability Support Workers with experience to help people with disability build job skills, confidence, and independence.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support and train our café trainees as they gain real-world experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Working alongside hospitality and disability professionals, you’ll help deliver great coffee, great food, and even greater opportunities.?

Skills, experience & requirements
- Experience in the hospitality and/or disability sector
- Certificate IV in Disability (preferred but not essential)
- Confident and capable of teaching and training hospitality skills (essential)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, current First Aid and CPR
- Compassionate and empathetic individuals who are looking for something more and want to make a difference
