About the Role
- Flexible casual hours
- Availability required for at least three weekdays between 7am–6pm
- Support clients in Doncaster and surrounding community
Here's what you will be doing:
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and social support
- Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
About you
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home and Community, or Disability) or equivalent
- A current driver’s licence and access to a fully insured (comprehensive), registered vehicle for travel between client homes
- Willingness to obtain - First Aid, CPR & Police check
- Genuine respect for the dignity and independence of older people
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to work autonomously in a community setting
- Availability across a flexible casual roster, including some early mornings
