The position

Join VMCH’s Retirement Living Sales team and help deliver a professional, compassionate and seamless experience for prospective residents and their families. As Sales Associate, you will provide high-quality sales administration, customer service, marketing coordination and compliance support across the customer journey—from initial enquiry through to reservation and settlement

This is a casual role – reporting to the Senior Sales Manager – Retirement Living.

The responsibilities

• Support the sale team across the full retirement living sales process.
• Coordinate enquiries, inspections, village tours, follow-ups, reservations and settlement documentation.
• Maintain accurate and secure sales records, reports and electronic filing systems.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, campaigns, village events and promotional activities.
• Provide onsite support at open days, information sessions and community events.
• Work closely with Village Managers and teams across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Asset Management and Operations.
• Support compliance activities, including AML and KYC verification processes.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• The initiative to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
