Welcome to Disability Services,
we're so glad you're here.

Our Disability Services support people of all ages and abilities to reach for their goals and dreams, and enjoy their independence.

Whether it’s housing support, community connections, therapy, education, job skills, holidays or weekend breaks, we are here to make sure people with disability and their families live their best life, however they choose.

“Being a DSW is fantastic. It’s a two-way street. You get more out of this job than you can possibly put in. I enjoy the friendship and being able to have a laugh and share a joke with clients. I’m very happy with VMCH. I feel totally supported in my role and I’m encouraged to upskill with training if I’d like to.”

Robyn, Disability Support Worker

Dani, Residential Support Worker

“I was in hospitality for 20 years before I became a RSW. I wanted to enrich people’s lives. I love helping people to reach for their goals and making them smile. It’s a challenging but rewarding role. You need patience, resilience, respect for other people, understanding and empathy.”
